Mineral Bed Backwashable System
Sand filtration is in use since ancient time, however it was not given enough thought in the past.
Since second half of 20th century, high rate sand filtration technology was developed world over with under drain system to match high flow rates.
Further discoveries of 'special shape & sized minerals' with high specific gravity helped the system, to be used for precision machine tools such as 'Wire cut EDM Machine', carbide grinding machines etc. upto 10-15 micron filtration capability.
We have installed number of such systems for EDM wire cut, grinding machines and are completely backwashable without recurring cost of filtration media.
